🎯
Ultimate aim: bring more visitors and enquiries to zi.sg. Every observation below is scored against that one goal — does it help more of the right people find the site, and does it help them actually get in touch once they're here.
This site needs the most attention of the four. zi.sg ("ZI Engineering") is a separate, much smaller and newer brand from the other three Zimozi sites, with its own look and copy. This week's findings skew more foundational — tracking setup and broken elements — rather than optimisation.
Status, per team: Marketing and WordPress each get their own Not Started / In Progress / Done dropdown under their task, since the two teams work independently and finish at different times. "Done" means shipped to production. Both teams update their own status daily; it saves live and carries forward into next week's report so finished work isn't repeated.

Performance
Only 9 impressions, 0 clicks all week; all 4 matched queries are brand-name variants ("engr.ziiii", "ziengo", "zi en", "zi")Google essentially only knows this site exists because people search its own name — there is no non-branded discovery happening at all. The indexing chart (see Indexing evidence) shows Google only started crawling this site in mid-October — it's genuinely new to search, so low numbers are expected at this stage, not a red flag yet. High

Submit the sitemap in GSC if not already done, and plan the first 2–3 pieces of SEO content for this brand.

Medium

Confirm a sitemap.xml exists and is submitted; verify robots.txt isn't accidentally blocking crawling.

Indexing
Only 17 pages known to Google total — 4 indexed, 13 not (8 redirects, 3 hard 404s, 2 noindex)This is a much smaller footprint than the other three sites (which have 60-460+ known pages), consistent with this being a newer, smaller site. With so few pages, each one matters — worth a full manual check of all 17 rather than prioritising a subset like on the larger sites. Medium

List out all intended live pages for this site and confirm each one is meant to exist and has real content.

Medium

Fix the 3 hard 404s and clean up the 8 redirecting URLs once Marketing confirms the intended page list.

Overview
Zero sessions tracked this week, but 28 real sessions over the last 30 days (with 103 bot sessions filtered out separately)Tracking itself is working — the 30-day view proves it — this week genuinely had no human visitors recorded, consistent with 0 GSC clicks. The 103 bot sessions vs. 28 real ones over 30 days is a ~4:1 ratio worth keeping an eye on, but isn't this week's priority given there's no real traffic to analyse yet. High

This site has no real visitors this week — driving any traffic at all (social, direct outreach, a small paid test) is the top priority before any on-page optimisation matters.

Low

None this week — tracking is confirmed working.

Key Events
Only the default "purchase" key event exists, and it has no stream dataUnlike the other three sites, no custom lead/contact-form events (generate_lead, Thank_you_page_view, etc.) have ever been set up for this property. This is the most basic gap on any of the four sites — the manual review below confirms the contact form itself works, but nothing is counting a single submission. Low

None — flag to WordPress, this is a GA4/GTM setup task.

High

Set up a contact-form-submit key event in GA4/GTM for the /contact-us/ form, mirroring the working setup on zimozi.au.

Snapshot
7 active users, 0s average engagement timeA 0-second average engagement time across real users suggests visits are extremely brief — consistent with the near-blank homepage and completely blank 404 page found in the manual review. Worth revisiting once there's more traffic volume to confirm this isn't a measurement artifact of such a small sample. Low

None this week — monitor as traffic grows.

🧐Website Review (manual)

Hands-on walkthrough of zi.sg today, outside of any analytics tool — what a real visitor actually sees

EvidenceWhat is observedSuggestionTask — Marketing teamTask — WordPress team
404 page
The 404 page is completely blank — just the header, no message, no content at allEven the page title correctly says "Page Not Found," but the body renders nothing — no text, no links, no way back to the site. The weakest 404 experience of all four Zimozi sites. A visitor hitting this has no way forward except using the browser back button. Medium

Write short 404 copy, reusing the zimozi.sg 404 template's tone and structure.

High

Build a working 404 template — this page is currently rendering empty, which is a bug, not just a design gap.

Dead button
The "let's connect" button in the header does nothing when clickedNo navigation, no scroll, no modal — the page stays exactly as it was. The "Let's Begin" button in the hero, however, correctly opens the contact form. This is the primary call-to-action in the header, present on every page — a visitor who only tries that one button gets nothing and may leave thinking the site is broken. Low

None — flag to WordPress, this is a broken link/handler.

High

Fix the "let's connect" header button to link to /contact-us/, same as "Let's Begin".

Contact form
The /contact-us/ form itself (name, email, phone) loads and works correctlyReached via "Let's Begin" — once a visitor gets there, the form is clean and functional. The gap is entirely in discoverability (dead header button) and tracking (no GA4 event), not the form itself. No fix needed on the form itself — just make sure both paths to it work and that submissions get counted. Low

None this week.

Low

None here — covered by the dead-button and GA4-tracking tasks above.

Branding
zi.sg ("ZI Engineering") uses its own distinct branding, separate from both zimozi.sg's dark theme and zimozi.au's light themeThe homepage is also very sparse — a single hero section with no visible services, work samples, or company information below the fold. Worth a decision on whether zi.sg is meant to stay a separate, minimal brand (e.g. an early-stage sub-brand) or should be built out and aligned like the other three sites. High

Decide zi.sg's positioning (separate minimal brand vs. full build-out) and, if full build-out, plan the homepage content (services, work, about).

Low

None this week — wait for the positioning decision above.

zi.sg is the youngest and least developed of the four sites — this week's priorities are fixing the broken 404 and dead header button, wiring up basic conversion tracking, and deciding the site's long-term positioning, before investing in SEO or content work.
